Dale is Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer of THE Urban Market, Reno’s only downtown fast-casual grocery market offering convenience, selection, quality, and access to over 40 locally-sourced northern Nevada brands. Celebrating 40 plus years in Nevada, Dale is thrilled to call Reno his home. Dale is a graduate of the University of Northern VT and pursued graduate work at UNR. With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, Dale served numerous positions from retail operations and restaurant management to service, cook and a variety of supervisory roles. He also operated two successful 7-Eleven franchises for over 17 years.
Dale’s true passion is taking advantage of any opportunity to enjoy Nevada’s beautiful outdoors through biking, skiing, hiking and kayaking, among many other activities. Married to Denise in 2001, together they are actively involved in community work through THE Urban Market, and they look forward to providing a unique environment focused on elevating the downtown shopping experience for neighbors and guests alike.
